How to Use the Clenergy EV App to Charge Your Car

Charging your electric vehicle at Claregalway Hotel is straightforward:

1. Arrive at a charging station – We have 3 twin 7.4kW Clenergy EV chargers.
2. Open the Clenergy EV App on your smartphone.
3. Select your charging station:
   • Enter the Station ID displayed on the charger or
   • Scan the QR code on the charging point.
4. Choose your connector – Select the type of plug your vehicle uses.
5. Select your payment method – Pay via credit card (VISA/Mastercard) or RFID card.
6. Start charging – Follow the instructions in the app to begin.
7. Complete your session – The total cost, including VAT, will be automatically calculated and charged once charging finishes.
