Our car charging stations  are operated through the EVBox Charge App. Through the use of the EVBox Charge App, you can clearly see the availability and the charging speeds and rates prior to connecting to this service.

With rising fuel costs, electric cars will likely become a more permanent fixture in the future and we are delighted to be able to offer this facility to our guests who already use electric cars.

At The Claregalway Hotel we have 3 twin EVBox Business Line 7.4kw charging stations, simply connect by downloading the app EVBox Charge App & follow the online instructions to get started.

EVBox Charge Allows you to do the following:

• See the availability and charging speed of our 3 twin charging stations
• Get accurate price information —before the charging session
• Start charging sessions via RFID charge card or credit card
• The app is available in both Apple credit card (VISA and Mastercard) and Google Play
• There is no need for registration, our customers can use the guest log in and just enter your credit card information for payment and pick the EVBox managed charging station to initiate charging.
• Only after the charging session has finished will the total amount (including VAT%) be calculated and charged to the credit card provided.
