From 27th November to 23rd December 2026, Santa will be welcoming families to his famous grotto on the traditional Village Street at Bunratty Folk Park.

Children can meet Santa, tell him their Christmas wishes and receive a special gift during their magical visit.

But Santa’s Grotto is just the beginning. The Christmas experience at Bunratty Castle & Folk Park includes plenty of festive entertainment and activities for all the family.

Discover the Christmas Experience

Enjoy a stroll through the sparkling Trail of Lights, meet Mrs Claus in the Golden Vale Farmhouse and take a magical journey aboard the Polar Express Train Ride.

Families can also enjoy amusement rides, puppet shows, traditional Christmas tales with the resident Seanchaí, Christmas characters on the Village Street and plenty of festive surprises throughout the Folk Park.
