At The 4 Star Claregalway Hotel
When can I check-in? What time is check out?
Your room is available for check-in from 3pm and check-out time is before 11.30 am. If you are arriving early or would like a later checkout time please contact us (additional charges may apply).
In order to authorize your reservation on check-in, guests will be asked to present a credit card with valid photo ID. Full payment will be processed at this time. If payment preference is cash, our team will still need to pre-authorize your credit card on check-in.
Do you have family rooms?
Yes there are family rooms on offer. The rooms contain a double bed and 2 single beds with a further option of a camp bed.
Do you accept group bookings?
Yes, if you are reserving 5 or more rooms for your party please contact us at +353 91 738 300. For bookings over 5 bedrooms, we require a booking fee within 7 days of making your reservation to secure your rooms.
Does the hotel accommodate people with disabilities?
Yes, a total of 3 rooms have been converted to disabled rooms.
Does the hotel accept pets?
Only guide dogs are permitted in the hotel.
What is the cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy (48 hours prior to arrival) will depend on the rate plan you have booked, details can be found on our cancellation policy page or on your confirmation email.
How will my details be used?
We process the personal information which you provide us via this website and collect information about the transactions you undertake including details of payment cards used. Does the hotel have internet access?
Yes, there is WIFI throughout the premises.
Does the hotel have a lost and found?
We have a very well kept lost and found area and we record any findings live on our system, however, the hotel does not accept responsibility for guests lost/misplaced items.
