Terms & Conditions:

Christmas Party nights will go ahead subject to minimum numbers. Provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 7 days on request from the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. Thereafter a deposit of 50% of the total package price will be required to secure the booking and this will be applied as a credit against the account. Please note deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Full payment for pre-booked food and beverages are required 6 weeks prior to the event. Deposits cannot be paid individually due to the volume of business. Terms and conditions apply to all packages and menus are subject to changes due to supply and demand as well as pricing.

*To receive up to 20% off on bedroom rates, the full amount must be paid in advance. Guests need to contact our Reception or Event Coordinator directly to avail of this offer.
