Soul Space will take place in Claregalway Castle in September.

At Soul Space, attendees will take part in mindfulness workshops in an immersive one-day event, hosted by the leading minds in mental, physical, spiritual and human performance. As well as having the chance to participate in yoga, mediation and other wellness practices. There will also be a range of delicious and healthy food to sample from a variety of independent Irish producers. Join the keynote speakers on the day, where experts in mental health, nutrition, yoga and mindfulness come together to educate, share and explore all aspects of self-help and well-being.
