The 2021 Loughrea Medieval Festival will take place on August 21st & 22^nd  in various locations around Loughrea town.

The festival which comprises of scenes of everyday life in Medieval Loughrea is also jam-packed with free fun events and performances for all ages ranging from engaging talks, puppet shows, an exciting digital 3D model of Medieval Loughrea, traditional games, medieval clan banquet and much more. The town of Loughrea is home to Ireland’s only surviving functioning medieval town moat and located just 30 minutes from us here at Claregalway Hotel.
