All guests staying at the 4-star Claregalway Hotel receive complimentary access to our Leisure Centre which boasts an impressive range of modern and state of the art leisure facilities including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and our fully equipped gym.

Guests also enjoy use of our 18-metre heated pool, ideal for recovery and relaxation. Recognised as one of the best gyms in Galway and its surrounds, our facility is supported by qualified staff and instructors who are always on hand to help you get the most from your workout.

Monday to Friday – 5:45am to 9pm | Saturday & Sunday – 8am to 8pm | Bank Holiday Mondays – 8am to 8pm

Please note the following guidelines for children and teens at our Leisure Centre:

• Gym: Children under 16 years of age are not permitted in the gym at any time.
• Pool: Children under 16 are welcome to use the pool when accompanied by an adult: Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 7:00pm, Friday, Saturday & Sunday: Until closing time
• Spa & Sauna: Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted in the spa or sauna areas.

For the comfort of all our guests, please note that the gym, pool, and spa facilities close 15 minutes prior to the leisure centre official closing time. We kindly ask all members to vacate the changing rooms before closing.

At the 4-star Claregalway Hotel our 18-metre heated swimming pool is not only a recovery zone for fitness enthusiasts but a perfect way to spend some time during your family break. With a designated children’s pool for the kids to splash around in, you will have hours of family fun during your stay.
