Swimming Lessons at Core Fitness

In this friendly group environment, we have different levels available and we will build your confidence in the water, developing life long skills, progressing from the learner pool to the main pool to lane swimming.

Days & Times

Guidelines for Parents/Guardians & Re Booking

- In order to provide for the safety of all children we would like parent/guardians to not the following:
- Starting age is 4 + years
- Please arrive 10 minutes before class starts & check in at reception
- Children are only permitted to enter the pool 5 minutes before the class starts
- Lessons are 45 minutes and children must leave the pool when lessons are finished for safety reasons
- Children must wear swim hats and goggles – can be purchased from reception
- Pre Swim Hygiene: Children must shower before entering facilities
- Cameras and videos are strictly prohibited
- Re-booking, please provide email address on booking if you would like us to email reminder for re-booking
- Re-booking for current swimmers is on week 6 & new swimmers on week 7 of current lessons
