As this is quite a pale shade, give it an injection of summer by pairing it with a bright colour. A dark pink or purple wrap would work beautifully. There is quite a lot of detail in this dress so its important that you keep the footwear simple by sticking to silver sandals. This dress is Spring from head to toe! Thanks to the series ‘Mad Men’, this feminine style of dress has become incredibly popular. If however you would prefer a v-neckline or a square neckline rather than the high neckline, then a good seamstress should be able to adjust it accordingly. Some women feel they have to wear sandals that match the colour of the belt. I would not recommend this. Ÿ        Underwear

When you find your dream dress, complete it with the right underwear. If the dress is strapless, then you will need a good strapless bra that does move, even when you’re dancing. If you are wearing a light coloured dress, then wear nude underwear. Its not a particularly pretty colour however it is a necessity as white underwear will even show through white fabric. If your dress is quite fitted, then avoid the risk of VPL by wearing is seamless underwear.
