We are venturing into uncharted territory as i launch this Blog. To be honest I am very nervous.  Will you think I ambeing pretentious? But here goes any way.$0$0I know this is where the action is if you want totalk to your customers directly and to hear back from them.  We will getyour feedback. Soon we’ll add an audio version of the Blog soon. That’s how I’m most comfortable: telling stories and listening. To get familiar with“blogging” I have being following blogs from around the world.
Well Blogging will allow me to do what I’ve been doing for years – that is talking to the customer. As youknow talking to the customer comes easily to me and I enjoy it.   Butmore importantly both Nora and I will be able to listen to you.  We wantto know what you want today and also what you will want in the future form your favorite hotel. “So what am I going to Blog about I hear you ask?”  Well to be honest, this Blog will be a team effort.  We will Blog all about thehotels life, wedding ideas, the perfect pint and and from time to timewhat is going on in our wider community and current events.
If you know me, you know I am not slow about saying something controversial too. We areheading into our busy week of the year, The Galway Races so I should have loads of stories for you all over the next few weeks.
